I'm originally from out of town, but decided to stop in and have a burger. I was having an issue with the app, and Amy and Jenn helped resolve the issue with grace and a very great attitude! It really makes my day when I go to a fast food place and the people are patient and very kind! If I lived in the area, I would be coming here quite frequently!

I didn’t think it was possible to meet someone more positive than me, but I did! The person who assisted me was absolutely brimming with energy and kindness, making my day that much better. Food: Classic Carl’s Jr. quality—fresh, hot, and just the right amount of satisfaction. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crisp and delicious. It’s always a reliable choice when you want a solid, tasty meal. Service: This is where they truly shine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, but the positive energy from the person who helped me was on another level. I never thought I’d find someone more upbeat than me, but it happened here! I left the restaurant in a better mood than I arrived, and that’s saying something. Atmosphere: Clean, comfortable, and a little nostalgic with the vintage menu displays and cozy booths. It’s got a classic diner feel, and I enjoyed sitting down and taking it all in. Haven’t been in a very long time due to issues at this location but have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. An employee named Helen is the reason for my review. She is an exemplary employee and I will be back because of her outstanding customer service under pressure. Doesn’t seem like they get a lot of support from corporate but what they lack she makes up for. Thanks again!
First time for those place. Food was not bad. Service was horrible! I'm me person sitting there eating and no one in line ahead of me but yet it took them 20 minutes to serve me. Needs a little attention on some things falling apart. Things tapped up and broken. Overall not too bad, I will eat there again.
We are visitors from Las Vegas going to the lake and stayed at cattail cove. We got a flat and had to be towed to discount tire and walked to carls jr. April was very welcoming and nice and made sure we got what we need for breakfast and made awesome vanilla ice coffee. Thank you for your awesome customer service specially during hard times!!
